BAY MEADOWS OPENS THURSDAY SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 22 It was erroneously reported that the Bay Meadows meeting would open on Wednesday, April 26, whereas the inaugural will be on Thursday, April 27. This will give Bay Meadows twenty-four days of racing, with the closing on Saturday, May 27.
