In keeping with the liberal policies of the organization, the Baja California Jockey Club announced through general manager George W. Schilling and president Lou Anger, the purses commencing next Sunday, April 30, would be increased! The minimum purse for the performers which indulge in events one mile or over will be 00. This will only apply to the Sunday racing, and only horses which race on the flat.
