WHITE HOT, rated along back of the pace, saved ground when SUN INPLAY ran out and then held on gamely under pressure. The latter outran the others to the first turn, opened up a safe lead, but bore out midway of the stretch turn and came again. UNHERALDED was kept close up from the start.
