1 JAMAICA TURF NOTES t s - The Glen Riddle Stable showed their colors for the first time at a spring meeting at Jamaica in some time when Snow paraded postward in the third race Saturday. Blanks for the steeplechase stakes at Belmont Park were distributed among horsemen here. Jockeys R. Donoso and H. Richards are due back here on Monday from out of town engagements. Al Burlen, clerk of the scales, instructed seventeen jockeys to furnish their social security numbers. Burlen will suggest to the stewards that the non-observers of this notice be admonished by The Jockey Club. Frank Kearns, with the main division of the Calumet Stable, is due here next week from Kentucky. Bull Lea is a candidate for the Dixie, the outstanding handicap at the Pimlico meeting. Jockey R. Olguin, a South American, waa limited by the stewards to ride the horses owned by his contract employer until he has learned English. The boy has hired a tutor to improve his knowledge of English.
