Arthur Hullcoat, Maryland turfman, is shipping eight members of a public stable to Suffolk Downs after the close of the meeting at Havre de Grace. Gilbert is serving a suspension meted out by the Maryland racing commission late last fall. Schooling over the steeplechase course at Pimlico will be permitted Monday, Wednesday and Friday of this week, according to information from the Maryland Jockey Club. Jack Hornsby, trainer of the L. Mascia stable, will ship the two horses that he has in Maryland to Toronto, Canada, at the close of this meeting.
