, , 1 ARLINGTON PARK NOTES S : g Henry Hauer returned from a vacation in Lorain, Ohio, and reported to C. E. Davison. Irving Anderson has been engaged to ride one of J. O. Keenes eligibles in the Arlington Futurity on Saturday. Keene plans to start both War Beauty and Jeanne dArc. L. Thompson has relieved E. Weil as trainer of Palasa and Surcouf, owned by Mrs. L. Thompson. R. S. Shelley, racing secretary, and two of his assistants, W. R. Dahlstrom and Tommy Steele, will get away Sunday for Narragansett Park. The horses which raced under the silks of the late E. W. Duffy will run in the future as the property of Miss E. D. Duffy. G. R. Miller will continue to train the horses. Alex Gordon is here to saddle E. R. Brad-leys Bimelech and "Mr. Frenchs" Boy Angler in the Arlington Futurity Saturday. Both of the horses arrived here today from New York. Mrs. J. E. Copenhaver claimed Silver Kiev out of the eighth race at Arlington Park Wednesday for ,250. J. J. Sirl vanned Garrett Watts Silver-ette, Sir L. and Winlette to Washington Park. Twelve of the horses owned by Mrs. Emil Denemark were transferred to Washington Park. Ten others are to follow after the close of the Arlington meeting. Dr. J. M. Kaiser unsexed Blacky Bee and Woodlark, owned by the stable of Mrs. Emil Denemark.
