10,000 TO GO OFF. RELIEF According to Leo M. Lyons, secretary of the Illinois Relief Commission and city relief administrator, approximately 10,000 families will be cut off the state relief rolls under the law that prevents giving aid to those who have not resided in the city or, state for four years.
