PLATERS RETURN TO WORK CLEVELAND, Ohio, July 27. Arthur Cragin, old-time rider and now a plater, announced today that all platers working at Thistle Down and Bainbridge Park are members of the International Journeymen Horse Shoers of the United States and Canada and Local No. 9 of Ohio, which is affiliated with the Columbus Federation of Labor and the American Federation of Labor. The platers returned to work after a short vacation and a shop is being built for them adjoining Thistle Down paddock.
