Card Michigan-Owned Race DETROIT, Mich., May 31. — President E. E. Dale Shaffer, of the Michigan Racing VLssociation, announced today that one race each week at the Livonia course will be programmed for Michigan-owned thoroughbreds. Only horses, the property of bona fide residents of the Wolverine State for at least two years, will be eligible.
