Festival Coronation Cup Goes To French Horse, Tantieme EPSOM, England, May 31 Reuters. — Francois Dupres Tantieme, recognized as the best four-year-old colt in Europe, scored the first French success of the English season by winning the 1,200 Festival Coronation Cup here today. Tantieme, by Deux Pour Cent — Our Terka, started a, hot 2 to 7 choice and appeared handicapped by having to set his own pace from Tatten-ham Corner, but he got home three-quarters of a length on top at the end of the 12-furlong run.
