Two Riders Fined MEMORIAL PARK, Brush, Colo., June 18. — The stewards here issued the following rulings Friday:, "For failing to report to the jockeys room for fulfilling his riding engagements for June 15, 1951 and for failure to notify the clerk of scales or the stewards, apprentice Robert "Bob" Ford is hereby fined 5. "For failing to give sufficient racing room to Soonerway, while racing on the inside of Coalbay in the 5th race, June 9, 1951, jockey Melvin Houghton who was astride Coalybay, is hereby fined 0."
