Elaine Ruth at Arlington ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June .18.-— The formidable stable maintained by Tommy Root was further augmented with the addition of the two-year-old filly, Elaine Ruth. The talented miss recently arrived from River Downs and made her first Chicago appearance in the Miss America Stakes. Elaine Ruth is owned by Paul Youkilis, of Cincinnati, and previously was conditioned by Alex Menger.
