HBPA Committee Meeting ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 18.— Harold C. Hoffman, secretary and treasurer of the central division of the HBPA, announced that the newly elected officers and committeemen of that organization would hold a meeting tomorrow evening. The session will be held in the office of the racing secretary, following the running of the eighth race. Joseph Kohout, who recently was elected president of the HPBA will preside at the meeting.
