Dornblazer Sells Big 3 Lad s FORT WORTH, Texas, June 12. — Col. Joseph Dornblazer, retired United States Army veterinarian, who recently resigned j from the remount corps, sold the aged S gelding. Big Lad. son of Irish-bred Colo- r rado Lad out of Jane Sweepall, by Sweep- E all, to Earl M. Parker, Fort Worth sports- /! man, and one of the mainstays of the v Ridgelea Hunt Club here. This is one of the few times a jumping prospect like Big Lad has been sold to a Texan, most of the top jumping prospects being sold in the East. "I do not want to sell Big Lad, for I have been getting a lot of fun out of de- ■ veloping him as a hunter since my retire- v ment from the services, but I could not g decline the price," said Colonel Bornblazer, « who formerly commanded Fort Reno, Okla- C homa.
