Suffolk Stewards Suspend Five SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, %Mass., June 12. — Jockeys Norman Mercier, Lyman Richards and Larry Wilson, also exercise boys Earl Ryan and Darrell Hartley are suspended and denied the privileges of the grounds for conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing. The matter is referred to the Massachusetts State Racing Commission. This ruling was issued by the local stewards today.
