Fine Ak-Sar-Ben Trainer AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., June 12.— The stewards issued the following ruling yesterday : "In violation of rule No. 543, for failure to appear af the veterinarians testing room, immediately following the running of the fourth race on June 5, 1952, with his horse Free Me, winner of that race, owner-trainer, M. R. Latimer is hereby fined 5."
