Tio Ciro Coming to Arlington SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 12. — Cherry-Oca Stables Tio Ciro, who ran second in the Massachusetts Handicap at 50 to 1, will be shipped to Arlington Park in Chicago for the Stars and Stripes Handicap on the turf course on July 4.
