♦ " Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form The Illinois Racing Board yesterday announced adoption of the following rule: "A saliva test shall be taken of all horses in a race involved in claims of foul or inquiry by the stewards and tested under the supervision of the Illinois Racing Board."
