Drayton Goes to Omaha HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., June 12.— Spencer J. Drayton, executive secretary of the Thoroughbred Racing Association and head of the Thoroughbred Racing Protec- J tive Bureau, left for Omaha, Nebr., today , after conferring with Lincoln Fields and Arlington Park officials. Drayton expects to remain in Omaha for two days where he will confer with J. J. Isaacson, general manager of Ak-Sar-Ben race track and also a director of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations. Drayton, on a tour of inspection of TRPB offices, is also conferring with his agents in the mid-west area while at the same time meeting with track officials concerning TRA matters and policies. He expects to return to New York next week.
