k v U d ci le New Loyola Athletic Director Rev. Cletus F. Hartmann, was named yesterday as athletic director at Loyola University, Rev. James T. Hussey, president, announced. Hartman, former associate Dean of the Arts and Sciences College, will also head the athletic board.
