j ] ] j J Refer Case to Commission SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 18.— The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Dinghy was disqualified from first place and placed second for carrying Gray Chief wide in the run through the stretch in the first race, June 17. The case of jockey W. Jewell is referred to the Massachusetts State Racing Commission for whatsoever action they deem fit. Jockey Jewell begins a 10-day suspension balance of this meeting incurred June 16 on this date."
