Morgan Leaves for Scarborough RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 18. — Eddie "Broadway" Morgan left this track to journey to the Scarborough Downs plant in Maine where he is custodian of the jockeys room. Morgan has had this assignment since the inauguration of racing in the vacationland state and expects that over 40 riders will be on hand for the opener on June 18.
