Klucina at Fort Miami FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, April 30. — Jack Klucina, racing secretary at Fair-mount Park, will be at Fort Miami Friday to interview horsemen wishing to run at the Collinsville track, which opens on May 21. Dave Russell, of the local racing staff, who also serves in a similar capacity under Klucina, is handling the stall applications locally.
