Workouts for Betsy Ross GARDEN STATE PARK. Camden, N. J., April 30. — Five candidates for Saturdays renewal of. the 0,000 added Betsy Ross Stakes at Garden State Park, were prepped this morning over the racing strip. Three of the eligibles went five furlongs. Anita C. Heards Madame Arcati breezed the panels in 1:02. Natousa who sports the silks of WZ EZ Schlusemeyer, showed a trial spin in 1:04%. Ridge Stables Slave Girl broke from the gate and worked six furlongs in 1:16. Hal Price Headleys Velure was asked to go four furlongs and was timed in :51.
