Riders Pass Out Cigars SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., April 30. — Cigars were plentiful in the jockey room at Suffolk Downs this morning as two new daddies — Ralph Borge-menke and Frank Tobin passed them out proudly. Borgemenke became the dad of a second daughter, weight seven pounds, while Tobin is now the father of a second son, weight not disclosed.
