Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form BALTIMORE, Md., April 30. — The Maryland Racing Commission today announced that the suspension of Larry S. MacPhail, former president of the Bowie race course, will continue through Saturday, May 2, final day of the Bowie meeting. At that time, the suspension will be lifted and MacPhail will be restored to good standing. At the hearing this morning, MacPhail -did not put in an appearance, nor did !* his attorney produce anyone to testify
