FLOOR BOSS forwardly placed under light restraint, was put to pressure entering the stretch, drove between horses near the end and outfinished PLUCKY STAR. The latter, in hand while improving position on the outside, finished stoutly when set down. ETERNAL GREAT opened a comfortable lead soon after the start, held sway until the final sixteenth and faltered. BORN TO WIN rallied too late to menace. INTERMITTENT moved to engage the leader in the stretch and flattened out. NIGHT MAN had no mishap, losing ground on the outside. FINAL DRIVE showed nothing. EXCHEQUER was unable to keep up. STARK TWINS showed good speed, remaining with the pace on the outside, gained a short advantage in the stretch and withstood a sustained drive from RISSAN. The latter alternated in establishing the pace and held on tenaciously to the end. D0NNA-D00N weakened in the final furlong. JIMS YEN rallied in the final quarter mile, moving between horses in the drive. SKEIN lacked a late rally. GOOD CRY had no mishap. TINSEL was outrun. COOKIE BABY was never a serious factor. The latter established a rapid pace while well clear of the challengers and held on tubbornly. HERE ME closed gradually on the outside. DIRECT MISTER rallied mildly and faltered. DEFLATION lacked early speed. OUR GAY was unable to keep up. JUDYS RUNNER saved ground to no avail. HAY EDY weakened after forcing the pace. UNCLE ZEKE opened a comfortable lead soon after the start and skirted the rail on the turns, but was not good enough. TAFTLA had no mishap. CANT PLEASE lacked a rally when urged. TRAINED was outrun.
