Shirai Beats Campo, Keeps Title TOKYO, Japan, May 18.— UP— Yoshio Shirai retained his world flyweight championship here tonight by winning a unanimous decision over Tanny Campo of the Philippines, with a furious burst in the last three rounds. But Campos French manager, Philippe Menard, wailed, "Its the most unfair decision Ive ever seen." And Campo added he will never again fight in Japan. An estimated 25,000 fans saw the fight.
