Paul Keiper Back in Saddle After Lapse of Three Years ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 18. — Paul Keiper was granted a jockeys license here this morning and plans to swing into action at once. Paul is best remembered for riding the Brown Hotel Stables Seven Hearts to six victories in 1944, having beaten the famous Stymie twice. Keiper, a native of Bedford, Ohio, hung up his tack at the end of the 1949 season. He will ride free lance at this meeting and his riding weight is 115 pounds. • VCl b III
