English Netters Whip Norway OSLO, Norway, May 18. — UP — England entered the quarter -finals of the European Zone of the Davis Cup today by taking a clinching 3-0 lead over Norway. After winning the two singles matches yesterday, Englands Geoff Paish and Tony Mottram won the doubles event, beating Rolf Pape and Nils Erik Hessen, 7-5, 6-0, 6-3.
