Rector Cancels His Mounts i RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 29. Apprentice Joe Rector, who had been suffering from a mild cold, found the heat at River Downs too much for him today and canceled his mounts after riding Bubbling Wing in the first face. Rector is the leading apprentice at River Downs with nine winners.
