Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form BOSTON, Mass., June 29. The State Racing Commission Saturday announced the following ruling: "6-27-53 Voted: On the basis of information received from the stewards of the Suffolk Downs meeting and the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, groom Nicholas Vincent Morgia is hereby suspended indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing. "6-27-53 Voted: As recommended by the setwards of the Suffolk Downs meeting to continue the suspension of jockey Joseph DeLucia to and including Tuesday, July 7, 1953."
