Queen Hopeful to Renew Rivalry With Fascinator Probably Will Face Six Others In Pimlicos Black-Eyed Susan PIMLICO, Md., May 11. Renewal of a duel between Hasty House Farms Queen Hopeful and Maine Chance Farms Fascinator promises to enliven the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes at Pimlico on Saturday. These two high ranked three-year-old fillies probably will face half a dozen others in the miland a sixteenth test which carries 0,000 added. Queen Hopeful and Fascinator have been clashing off and on since January 20 when they first met in the Jasmine Stakes at Hialeah. Queen Hopeful was second and Fascinator fourth on that occasion. Fascinator then came back to. win the Columbiana in which Queen Hopeful did not participate. Fascinator was unplaced in the Black Helen, another stakes skipped by Queen Hopeful. Then the Hasty House filly won the Orchid Stakes at Gulfstream Park and followed, up by winning the Florida Oaks, with Fascinator f inishing fourth. Moving on to Kentucky, Queen Hopeful was second in the Ashland Stakes. On April 30, day before the Kentucky Derby, Fascinator whipped Queen Hopeful by a length in the Kentucky Oaks and the latter has been idle since. Fascinator, however, came east to run in the Acorn Stakes at Belmont, in which she was ninth. Queen Hopeful is en route to Pimlico for her engagement in the Black-Eyed Susan and Fascinator will be vanned here Thursday from New York. Johnny Adams will be on Queen Hopeful in the week end test. Fascinators rider is undetermined. In her last six starts, she has been ridden by Charley Burr, Henry Moreno, John Heckmann, Tony De-Spirito and Eddie Arcaro. Fascinators rider is undetermined.
