W. E. Charles Joins Randall Staff on Part-Time Basis RANDALL PARK, Cleveland, Ohio, May 11. President Saul Silberman today announced the addition of W. E. Charles of Cincinnati, Ohio, to the Randall Park staff on a part-time basis. Charles, a graduate of Ohio State University, will serve as a horsemans emissary on behalf of Randall Park. He is the HBPA representative in Florida and he will visit various tracks with a view to persuading outstanding stables to ship to Randall Parks 42-day meeting which opens on July 20. Charles will devote part of his time to recruiting "name" thoroughbreds for the 11 events on Randall Parks stakes calendar, headed by the 5,000 added Buckeye Handicap. He has been engaged for a six-week period.
