Dr. Bard we 11 to Discuss Use Of Hormones at TCA Meeting LEXINGTON, Ky., May 13. Dr. Robert H. Bardwell will discuss the use of hormones in thoroughbreds at the bi-monthly luncheon meeting of the Thoroughbred Club of America in the Lafayette Hotel, Saturday, May 15, at noon. Work on remodeling the clubs proposed, rooms in the Phoenix Hotel was started May 10. They are expected to be ready in time for the Keeneland Summer Sales. A committee composed of George Swine-broad, chairman; Gus Owens, William S. Evans and Jerome Ruttenberg, TCA member and manager of the Phoenix, is working? on the remodeling and furnishing.
