j Judge Orders Trot Dispute Settled or Aired Publicly The Illinois Harness Racing Commission and the Fox Valley Trotting Ciub, operators of the Aurora Downs race track, were told by Circuit Court Judge Harry Fisher Wednesday to work out an agreement themselves or air their dispute publicly. Fox Valley had petitioned that the commission be ordered to revise the racing date schedule under which Fox Valley was given 60 late fall nights of racing. Judge Fisher issued his order 4n a pretrial hearing. Fox Valley also requested the court to order the commission to hold up the license of Suburban Downs, new trotting association headed by Erwin Dygert. Suburban Downs was granted summer dates from August 12 to September 1, to be run at Sportsmans Park. Judge Fisher said that he had examined the records and minutes of the commission hearings but that he did not feel they shed enough light on the argument for him to make a ruling at this time. Fox Valley officials were told to meet with the Commission and officers of Chicago Downs, which also races at Sportsmans Park and whose meeting precedes that of Suburban Downs. The groups are scheduled to meet I Tuesday.
