I Gold Capitol Retired to Stud At Amarillo Ranch on Coast WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., May 13. Harry Curlands six-year-old Gold" Capitol has arrived at Amarillo Ranch here where he will be placed in the stud. The chestnut son of Alibhai Pocket Edition, by Roman, suffered a damaged tendon last year and it had been planned to bring him back to the races during the Hollywood Park season which opens Friday. However, he failed to respond to treatment and was vanned from Hollywood to Amarillo Ranch. Gold Capitol earned more than 50,000 during his career at the tracks.! 1 t w v
