Delaware Employe Honored DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del. June 1. Norman H. Williams, an employe of Delaware Parks security force, was recently honored at the University of Delaware. Williams was presented a prize "for attaining the highest proficiency in the universitys military courses." Williams, who is cadet colonel of the University of Delawares ROTC regiment, also received the Delaware National Guard award as the "outstanding student who has exhibited the highest qualities of leadership."
