War of Roses Kent Hopeful DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 1. Mrs. J. R. H. Thourons War of Roses, who gained considerable support for Saturdays 5,000-added Kent Stakes at Delaware Park as a result of his Jersey Stakes score over the week end, arrived from Garden State Park. The locally owned English-bred colt turned liack a smart field of three-year-olds in the Jersey, including Robert S. Lytles Correlation, for his initial stakes victory.
