Kinsey Made Kentucky Colonel . HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., June 1. -G. E. Kinsey, Los Angeles apartment house king of some years ago, . but now a builder of stores and warehouses for big business, was last week made a Kentucky colonel. He joins "Tiny" Naylor, Dave Butler, F. Norman Phelps, Gus Luell- witz, Oscar Otis, Paul Lawry, Maurice Bernard and Jack Dempsey among other Cali-fornians who have in the past been named to the honorary order by governors of Kentucky.
