Correlation Sent to Belmojnt GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., June 1. Trainer Noble Threewitt and Robert Ly ties Correlation, who was a beaten choice in the Jersey Stakes Saturday, left Sunday for Belmont Park. When last questioned here, Threewitt stated that the son of Free America would make his next start in the Belmont Stakes on June 12, after which he would be returned to California. Willie Shoemaker, regular pilot of Correlation, remained over for the Memorial Day program to ride Mrs. John Hertz Speedy Wave in the Colonial Handicap. He. will leave for the Coast tomorrow, but said this afternoon that he expected to return to the East to pilot Correlation in the Belmont.
