KINGS TIP saved ground while working way forward to the stretch, responded to vigorous handling during the drive and, disposing of YANKEE MIDAS, won going away. YANKEE MIDAS could not stay with KINGS TIP. CLOWNESS, forced wide entering the stretch, was unable to" better her position when set down in the drive. CHINKAPIN, on the inside"for the stretch run, swerved repeatedly and his rider was unable to do him justice through the final furlong. LITTLE DOC tired after racing forwardly placed to the stretch. BIG DANCE was through early. HOOP GANO disliked the muddy going. STAND OFF was never dangerous. LETS THINK began slowly. INFAITH broke poorly, losing all chance. FLICKA STAR, away sluggishly and outrun to the upper turn, was sent around horses and into the better going for the stretch run and, taking command from INNISFREE, drew out to win with speed in reserve. INNISFREE took an early lead, set the pace until inside the stretch, was unable to stay with FLICKA STAR, but held on determinedly to best the others. MAGIC CHOICE could not threaten the top pair when set down in the drive. FINE FIDDLE tired after engaging FLICKA STAR to the stretch. TALION weakened during the drive. CRACKLETTE raced wide through the stretch. VICKI DIANA was through early! PAK began fast, but steadily lost ground after the start. Scratched 183444 Riddletcn, 117; 184532 Eternal Goin, 112. NARAJO steadily worked way forward to the stretch, was sent to the middle of the track for the drive and, after disposing of MISS JAY JAY4 drew clear when ridden out. The latter, never far back, settled in the stretch with a short lead, but could not withstand the top one, although easily best of the others. PIGEON PIE took an early lead, set the pace to the stretch, then weakened. BLACK BILLINGS, next to the inner rail and in the deepest qoing. stumbled near the three-eighths mile marker and failed to recover. ORCHID was never dangerous. DICKS MON raced greenly. The latter, away alertly, raced nearest GAMBETTA after the start, closed determinedly under urging but could not overtake the winner, whilr easily besting the others. TRIPLE BELLS tired-after racing well to the stretch. CIDERMAN could not keepojp. MARK QUESTION was never prominent and had no excuse. SOLID ROCK began sluggishly and raced greenly.
