Thomson Back With Braves; Wont See Action for While MILWAUKEE, Wis., June 2 UP .Bobby Thomson, the flying Scotsman, flew into Milwaukee today for the first time to rejoin his Milwaukee Braves teammates. It was Thomsons first look at his new baseball home and the first time he was with the Braves permanently since breaking his right ankle in a spring exhibition game. Thomson, who was traded to the Braves by the New York Giants early this year, was not expected to be able to join the Braves line-up for several weeks. He broke his ankle in three places when he slid into second base in a game against the New York Yankees on March 13 at St. Petersburg.
