SIR CHATTER, allowed to race on his own courage while trailing for more than a half mile, circled the field and wore down CHAR BOOTS. The latter, steadied within striking distance, responded readily but was no match. REVEILLE was hustled to the front early, set .the pace under rating and drifted out while tiring. DOVER DAM was formidable to the stretch and faltered. TRUXT0N lacked a rally. STAY WELL gave way badly. LUXURY TAX showed nothing. Char Boots claimed by M. S. Goldnamer.
