Officials Move to River Downs GROVE CITY, Ohio, June 2. Most of the officials who supervised the sport at J3eulah Parks recent 19 -day-meeting will serve in similar capacities at River Downs, which opens its 44-day season Friday, June 4. They include steward Monte Weil, starter T. J. Brown, racing secretary E. W. Bury, paddock judge C. K. Keller, placing judge B. H. Held and mutuel department "manager George H. Reverman.
