Gushing Joins USTA Staff COLUMBUS, Ohio, June4 2. Elliot Cush-ing, former sports editor of the Rochester, N. Y., Democrat and Chronicle, has joined the publicity and public relations staff of the United States Trotting Association, the USTA office here has announced, inning will maintain an office in New York City.
