Burch ThistleDown Official THISTLEDOWN, Warrensville, Ohio, June 2. William Burch, nephew of Preston Burch, trainer of the Brookmeade Stable, is one of the new officials here this season. Burch, who worked last winter at the Fair Grounds, is a patrol judge here at ThistleDown. Young Burch is a graduate of the Cassidy School of officials.
