Federal housing officials today predicted new disclosures of "windfall" profiteering by apartment builders -when investigators complete their check of thousands of government-backed housing loans. An interim report on the two-month-old inquiry into the scandal-scarred Federal Housing Administration disclosed that-builders of 70 apartment projects, involving 219 separate mortgages, cleaned up lush prof ts of more than 0,000,000. Approve New Dairy Products Plan WASHINGTON, D. C, June 12. The House Agriculture Committee has approved a plan that would give consumers lower prices for dairy products and at the same time maintain or boost prices farmers get. Under the plan, the government would pay processors the difference between the support price and the market price of dairy products. This would permit prices of butter, cheese and other dairy products to seek their own level. j I FOREIGN: Raid British Barracks in Belfast BELFAST, Ireland, June 12. Government officials said today Uruguay was prepared to act as host for a meeting of the foreign ministers of .the-,,21 American republics to consider Communism in Guatemala. At least 14 Latin-American nations have indicated they are ready to participate in the meeting suggested by the United States. Authoritative sources said the meeting will be held in Montevideo early next month. Militiamen Repulse Red Attack HANOI, Indo-China, June 12.
