Kirchdorfer to Visit River Downs DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 12. Ray Kirchdorfer, United States Commissioner for the Western Kentucky district, departed Friday for Cincinnati and plans to visit River Downs before returning to his Louisville office. Kirchdorfer has Mr. Justice quartered at the Ohio track under the supervision of I trainer Frank Clelland.
