Cleveland Council to Honor Silberman for Cancer Work THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 11. Saul Silberman, president of Randall . Park, Tropical Park and Paines-ville Raceway, will be awarded a bronze plaque by the Cleveland City Council at a. cocktail party Monday afternoon at the Hickory GriH-clubroom at 5 p.m. The plaque is being presented to Silberman. by Mayor Anthony Celebrezze of Cleveland for his outstanding contributions and services given to the Cleveland City Council Canper Fund through the years.
